Lifetime Limited Warranty — new billiard tables
Triple Cue Billiards warrants to the original purchaser of a new billiard table bought from us (Signature, Reserve and Xing Pai tables) that the table will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
This warranty can't be transferred. It ends if the table is sold, given away or otherwise transferred to another owner.
If a covered defect occurs, we'll repair or replace the defective part, at our option, at no charge for the part. Repair or replacement of the defective part fully meets our obligation; this warranty doesn't require replacement of the whole table. Labor, travel and on-site service aren't included.
Slate
Our slate is machined flat to within ±0.01 inch across the playing surface. When the slate is properly installed, correctly shimmed and appropriately maintained, it's guaranteed to remain flat under normal conditions.
We may repair minor imperfections that are natural characteristics of the slate and don't materially affect play.
Not covered
- Cloth and felt; pockets; rail bumpers and cushions.
- Normal wear and tear; accidental damage; alterations or modifications; misuse, neglect or abuse; lack of maintenance.
- Improper installation or servicing; improper moving or relocation, including damage caused by moving, disassembly, transport or reassembly by others; natural disasters.
- Shuffleboards and accessories (see "Other products" below).
How to make a claim
Contact us before returning any part: call or text (916) 542-1332 or email info@triplecuebilliards.com with your invoice, photos and a description of the problem. Don't ship anything without our instructions.
Send the defective part to us in person or by freight, with shipping prepaid by you. We'll inspect it to decide whether the defect is covered. If you disagree with our decision, contact us and we'll review it with you.
If the claim is covered, we repair or replace the part and return it to you by conventional prepaid freight. For claims made more than one year after the original purchase date, you pay freight both ways.
Moving your table
Pool tables are precision-built and must be handled carefully when moved. Damage caused by moving, disassembly, transport or reassembly by others isn't covered.
Pre-owned tables — 1‑year limited warranty
Pre-owned tables bought from us are covered for 1 year from the purchase date, for the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship in the frame and slate. The claim process, the exclusions and the "parts only" remedy above apply.
Existing cosmetic wear recorded in your order isn't covered. We don't represent that a pre-owned table has been restored to new condition, or that a manufacturer's original warranty transfers to you.
Game Room arcades — 1‑year limited parts warranty
Arcade cabinets bought from us include a 1-year limited warranty on parts, from the purchase date, for the original purchaser. Labor isn't included. The claim process above applies.
Other products
Shuffleboards and accessories aren't covered by our warranties. Any manufacturer warranty that applies is available from us on request before purchase.
Implied warranties and your rights
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the written warranty that applies to your product, to the extent the law allows.
We aren't liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states don't allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Effective October 28, 2026.
