Tables and arcades aren't delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.
What each delivery includes
In-home delivery: the carrier brings the item inside your home through the main entrance to a ground-level room of your choice. Stairs, unpacking, packaging removal and assembly aren't included.
Curbside delivery: the carrier delivers to the curb or the end of the driveway at your address. Moving the item inside, unpacking and assembly aren't included. For Xing Pai tables, you unload the delivery from the truck; plan for enough help.
Accessories arrive in 3–5 business days.
Lead times
Signature tables ship in about 1–2 weeks. Reserve tables are special-order, about 45–60 days. Lead times are estimates; if an item can't ship in the stated time, see "Delays, cancellations and refunds" in our Sales & returns terms.
Installation
We install in Northern California (quoted separately). Xing Pai installation is also available anywhere in the U.S. for orders of 5 or more Xing Pai tables. Elsewhere, tables are set up by a local installer you choose.
Pre-owned pool tables
Use these approximate budgets when planning a continental U.S. delivery. They are preliminary estimates, not carrier quotations or guaranteed maximum charges. Availability and cost are confirmed individually before an order is accepted.
Freight only
$725–$850
Transport budget per pre-owned pool table. Assembly, leveling and placement inside the room are separate unless expressly included.
Delivery & installation
$895–$1,750
Combined service budget per pre-owned pool table, subject to an available installer and confirmed access. This is an alternative to freight-only service, not an additional charge on top of it.
Actual totals can be lower or higher. Table purchase, sales tax, packing or crating, special handling and access surcharges are not assumed included in these budgets. Local delivery receives its own quotation. Alaska, Hawaii, islands and remote destinations require individual routing and pricing.
On delivery day
Prepare the room
Clear the agreed route and room before arrival. Confirm adequate playing clearance and that the floor is suitable for the table's weight; obtain building advice where necessary. Keep an adult available for the appointment. Tell us promptly about a change of address, construction delay or access restriction so that we can discuss rescheduling and any documented additional cost.
At delivery
Inspect accessible packaging and components with the driver. Record visible damage or shortages on the delivery paperwork, take photographs and retain packaging. Contact us promptly about visible or concealed damage so we can coordinate the next steps with the carrier. Do not attempt repairs before an assessment. Signing a receipt does not remove nonwaivable consumer rights. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage.
