What we collect

Information you send us: your name, email, phone, delivery address, order or quote details and your message.

When you send a quote, contact or order request on our website, we also save it on our website's server so it reaches us even if an email fails. Only we can see it, after signing in.

Items you select in our shop, stored in your own browser (not on our servers) so your cart works across pages.

Details you type into our order and quote forms are kept in that browser tab, not on our servers, until you close it or send your request, so a page refresh doesn't erase them.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, provide service and warranty support, and keep business and tax records.

Who we share it with

• Payment processing: Square. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Email: Mailgun, which receives our business email and forwards it to our inbox; Google (Gmail), where we read and answer it; and Resend, which sends the requests you submit on our website to us and sends your order confirmation email.
• Sales tax: the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), which receives the street, city and ZIP code of a California delivery address (not your name) to look up the sales tax rate.
• Website hosting: Render, which runs our website, stores the requests and orders you send through it, and keeps standard technical logs of visits to our website.
• Delivery: carriers and installers, who receive the delivery details they need.
• When required by law.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Tracking and Do Not Track

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't allow third parties to collect information about your browsing across other websites. Because we don't track you across sites, we don't change our practices in response to Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

Requests sent through our website are kept for two years after our last update to them; messages we identify as spam are deleted after 30 days. We keep order, quote and service records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and warranty records.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Email info@triplecuebilliards.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Effective October 28, 2026.
